These features make Webb Power & Free conveyors one of the most useful and successful manufacturing tools available today. Carriers on a Power & Free conveyor system are attached to free trolleys that ride in a channel track below the power chain. Attached to the power chain are pusher dogs that push the load along the free track, which is made of two formed channels. Carriers are engaged and disengaged from the power chain by the actions of the retractable dog on the front accumulating trolley. This allows total mechanical control of every carrier at any point in a system.
